Since Jesus was born, He was holy at all times; His holiness was not circumstantial, but the forge of a life surrendered to the Father and to the world with an infinite purpose. In Matthew 2:2, the Magi recognize a glory that transcends time: the star that guides toward the King of the Jews is not only a celestial phenomenon, but an invitation to render worship to He who is Lord of history. Our worship, then, is not a passing emotion but a conscious response to the holy and saving person of Jesus, who came to bring liberation to the whole world.
Worship that emanates from Christian faith is nourished by the certainty that Jesus is our Savior. Although the world's circumstances point to uncertainties, the birth of Christ reveals a plan of salvation that transcends earthly realms. We must render worship toward Jesus, our Prince of Peace, because He has the authority to transform hearts and guide our lives toward an authentic relationship with God. reorganizing our priorities around Christ is the first act of obedience that arises from trust in His lordship.
Let us wake each day, with humility and joy, to worship and serve the One who defeated darkness and offers salvation to the world. May our life be a constant praise to Jesus, recognizing Him as King, Savior, and the way of salvation. Be encouraged to remain steadfast in faith, to seek the Lord's presence in every decision, and to live in such a way that others are drawn to the peace that only Christ offers.
