Remember that God is your refuge: you may pause, pour out your heart, and rest in his presence—Selah. Jesus stands ready to receive whatever you finally surrender, to bind wounds, forgive, and restore you into wholeness according to his loving will. Be encouraged: bring your burden to the Lord, trust him at all times, and let the Great Physician do his healing work as you yield to him.
