This is a pastoral invitation for each of us to examine where we are allowing the light of Christ to guide our choices. If we identify areas of darkness — pride, fear, injustice — we are called to confess, repent, and abandon the old way of walking. May we cultivate habits of fidelity that reflect the created order: to work for truth, to feed hope, and to cultivate relationships that build up, encourage, and forgive. May our lives become evidence that the light is not only to be contemplated but to transform, liberate, and lead to a deeper relationship with the God who said: let there be light — and there was light. May we be strengthened by grace to remain in the light, until the final morning is fulfilled in Christ, our Savior.
