The Revelation of Jesus Christ, given by God to show His servants the things that must soon take place, places us at a decisive point: we are not owners of time or fate, but witnesses of God's faithfulness. As these words are received through His angel and to John, the Lord emphasizes that the truth is not for an elite, but for all His disciples who long to walk in obedience and trust. In the midst of the visible and the uncertain, the revelation points toward the One who is sovereign, reminding us that history is under His lordship and that our lives must align with His plan of salvation and glory. In this first encounter with the text, the central truth is revealed as a call to awaken our faith and surrender to the divine design, knowing that history is in the hands of the Creator who writes the final outcome of all creatures.
