In the beginning of all things, when words were still awaiting their course, a name appears that holds everything together: the Word. This Word is not a mere voice, but the most intimate part of eternity: Jesus Christ, who was with God and was God. In John 1:1 we are shown a truth that defies our logic and at the same time frees us: the inseparable union between the divinity and the person of the Word. If we try to understand it with human formulas, we will lose our way; but if we look at Jesus as the full manifestation of God, we find the foundation on which to walk in faith and hope.
This statement is not just an ancient creed, but a presence that transforms daily life. The Word who was with God chooses to become flesh and dwell among us to show us the path of love and truth. Therefore, in every gesture of Jesus, in every word and in every miracle, the faithfulness of God to the world is revealed. As Christians, we must embrace Christ not as an abstract idea, but as a Person who invites us to approach the Father with confidence, to accept His grace, and to obey His will with joy and humility.
May this understanding align our hearts with the divine will: Jesus, the Word, is not a distant idea but the concrete revelation of God who walks with us. If today we face doubts, temptations, or fatigue, let us remember that the Word has already spoken and has become near. Let His presence mold our decisions, our relationships, and our time, so that we may live according to the plan of God’s Kingdom and find peace in His sovereignty.
