In our walk of faith, we often encounter adversities that seem overwhelming and insurmountable. These tribulations test our faith and commitment to our divine calling. Such was the case with the Israelites in Exodus 14:8, "Then the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, so that he pursued the Israelites, who were marching out boldly."
Yet, we must always remember God's favor upon us. Even in the face of adversity, He assures us of His divine presence and intervention. When the Israelites were gripped with fear, Moses encouraged them, saying, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still." (Exodus 14:13-14)
God's miracles manifest themselves in our lives when we stand firm in our faith during trials. When the Israelites stood in faith, they witnessed an extraordinary miracle. "But the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left. That day the Lord saved Israel from the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians lying dead on the shore. And when the Israelites saw the great power the Lord had displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the Lord and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant." (Exodus 14:29-31)
So, remember that no matter the adversity you face, it is under the divine providence of God. Let your faith remain unwavering. Trust in the Lord to fight your battles, and expect your miracles to manifest. He who brought the Israelites out of Egypt will deliver you too from whatever situation you are in.
May you experience God's strength and peace as you navigate today's challenges. May his favor rest upon you, and may his miracles manifest in your life. Be encouraged and have a blessed day!
